Modifies current law to prohibit compensation for the president and any chancellors of specific universities from including bonuses or other incentives, including retention incentives, that are more than twenty percent of their base salaries, or that are awarded more than once in any four-year period. This act applies to the University of Washington, Washington State University, Evergreen State College and regional state universities.   Official Text and Analysis.
