2007 House Bill 1808: Including medical costs in the reimbursement of extraordinary criminal justice costs.

To allow local governments to submit a petition for relief to the office of public defense for reimbursement of extraordinary criminal justice medical costs. Eligible costs would be those associated with providing medically necessary care to suspects in custody or incarcerated offenders held in city or county facilities that exceed $15,000 per individual per year.   Official Text and Analysis.
