2011 House Bill 1089: Regarding instructional materials provided in a specialized format

Changes current law to prohibit institutions of higher education from requiring students to return instructional materials delivered in an electronic format. Current law requires the materials be copy-protected and that the institutions take precautions in preventing students from unlawfully distributing such materials.   Official Text and Analysis.
