2010 House Bill 2613: Concerning paid signature gatherers for state initiatives and referendums
Introduced by Rep. Sam Hunt (Olympia) (D) on January 11, 2010
Requires the primary sponsor of an initiative or referendum to file a statement with the secretary of state declaring whether one or more people will be receiving payment for obtaining signatures for the petition.
