2009 House Bill 2077: imposing delayed sentencing for certain offenders

Allows offenders to receive delayed sentencing under certain conditions provided that their conviction is not for a violent or sex offense; that their violation does not involve a sentence enhancement pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1981 (RCW 9.94A.533), and that the standard sentencing range for their offense is one year or less, among other considerations.   Official Text and Analysis.
