2004 House Bill 2401
Introduced by Rep. Lois McMahan (R) on January 13, 2004
To allow courts to order a person to perform from eighty to four hundred eighty hours of community service in volunteer fire fighter service when a violation involves a tobacco product that was lit or burning and was not fully extinguished before it was discarded.   Official Text and Analysis.
Referred to the House Fisheries, Ecology & Parks Committee on January 13, 2004
But the bill did not receive a hearing by the cutoff date so it is a "dead bill" and will not be considered further.
