Provides that low-income tenants of mobile home parks that are scheduled to be closed or converted, as well as parks that are closed or converted, may receive relocation assistance. The number of days in which tenants receiving financial assistance must transfer title or secure relocation is increased from 60 to 90 days. Park owners eligible for assistance for demolition or disposal of a home previously owned by a tenant at or below 50 percent of the median family income must provide evidence to the Department of Commerce that the title transfer has been completed before receiving assistance.

Increases the amount of total financial assistance that eligible tenants are entitled to receive from the fund. Provides
that $12,000 for a multisection home and $8,000 for a single-section
home will be disbursed as cash assistance.
