2009 House Bill 1177: Reclassification for the possession of marijuana

To reclassify the penalty for possession of marijuana. A person under the age of eighteen with less than forty grams of marijuana shall be reclassified from a misdemeanor to a class two civil infraction. (See also Companion SB 5615). Official Text and Analysis.
