The striking amendment replaces all of ESSB 5086 with SHB 1075 as reported out of the Capital Budget Committee on April 7, 2017. Numerous changes are made by the striking amendment to the capital budget appropriations. The striking amendment reduces bond appropriations by $68.3 million, total budget funds are increased by $157.5 million for the 2017-2019 biennium. The 2017 Supplemental increases bond appropriations by $9.8 million and reduces total budget funds by $89.5 million.
