Clarifies conditions for the authority provided to publicutility districts (PUDs) to sell renewable natural gas. Clarifiesthat the authority of PUDs to own and operate pipelines andfacilities for delivering and compressing or liquefying natural gasis limited to pipelines and facilities located in the county in whichthe PUD is authorized to provide utility service.
