2010 House Bill 2614: Requiring petitions to include areas for signatures
Introduced by Rep. Sam Hunt (Olympia) (D) on January 11, 2010
Requires statewide petitions for initiatives and referendums to include a place for each petitioner to sign his or her name, as well as provide certain voter registration information. The act also requires each petition to have a place for a petitioner to sign an oath that compensation is not being given for their support of the initiative.   Official Text and Analysis.
