2010 Senate Bill 6396 (Banning the sale of assault weapons)

Introduced by Sen. Adam Kline, (D-Seattle) (D) on January 13, 2010, prohibits the selling and purchasing of assault weapons. Exceptions to the rule include manufacturing assault weapons for law enforcement, owning an assault weapon that is incapable of shooting, and owning a weapon prior to the date of this legislation. If the weapon was purchased prior to the date of legislation, then it must be securely and safely stored on the owner’s property. Breaking this law would count as a level 3 crime and be punishable for between 3 months and 5 years in jail.

Slowly but surely disarming the americans and our right to keep and bear arms... there is a reason here - and it is to enslave all of you to their socialist BS they are cramming down our throats at a record pace now that the democrats / socialist / communist parties are in majority power in Fed and WA state as well as many other states. AMAZING... Just try and take mine... Double dog dare ya...

YEAH - I know - you will take my home so I don't have private property - but then only those coming to do your dirty deeds will suffer - until you are tramplled to death by those you are trying to screw over - it is only a matter of time - and you politicians will get what you reap. The people wil fill it long before you - and suffer it because they are not smart enough to do anything about it.

I know - I am a right wing extremist - retired US Army Special Forces Soldier - and have been fighting your wars all across the world. A shame - I shouldn't have had my back to my own politicians all these years - I was watching out for other countries you had been sending me too - thinking home was the best place around - was for a lot of years - but fast becoming worse than many you have sent me to - to do your dirty deeds. Amazing at how screwed up you politicians are...

Too bad they can't give any good reason for this law. It won't stop the bad guys from getting them as with any gun ban. The bad guys will love it because there will be fewer good guys to shoot back at them.
