2007 House Bill 1010: Notifying parents, guardians, and custodians when a juvenile is taken into custody.

To require law enforcement officers to make a reasonable attempt to notify a parent, guardian, or custodian when a juvenile is taken into custody. The bill would also require law enforcement to disclose where the juvenile is being held.   Official Text and Analysis.
