  • Introduced by Sen. Jim Kastama, (D-Puyallup) on January 26, 2005, to allow water-sewer districts to request engineering services to provide a declaration of rates and fees along with its statement of qualifications or project proposal. These statements will be used in consideration of which company to hire for water and sewage projects. See companion HB 1435.
