1) Re: HB 1178 [by Anonymous on May 19, 2005] Not only should parents be allowed to monitor and record their minor childrens telephone conversations, they should also be allowed to monitor all other forms of communication such as cells phones and computers.
With two working parents or single parents, it is our right to be able to monitor what our children are doing after school and during summer and holiday breaks.
2) 1178 [by Anonymous on March 25, 2005] Parents have the right to listen in on anyones conversations on the phone within their own home. Absolutely with all minor children (at any time,) a parent has a right to listen in on conversations on the phone. Reply
